Our core programmes of local education, health, child development, arts and celebration.
Our hardship fund to help cover basic needs such as light, heating and food bills for people in our community who need it.
You have to revolutionise to organise so the community can participate.
You have to educate to analyse so that you know what the system is.
You have to politicise - from the local to the global.
Then you criticise because you’re able to criticise.
You create the conditions.
This we do by using our hands and head and heart.
Then you have to advocate because there will be people with no voices.
Then you liberate so people can speak for themselves.
Then you celebrate.
For 30 years, we have organised our community to fight for working class people to live and thrive in Inchicore.
For change to happen, people need to understand the systems under which they live - and how to raise their voices to change them.
We believe that communities should be at the heart of the decisions that effect our lives. That means we must make our voices and crticisms directly to the people who make the decisions.
